We’re in this together
As a drummer who has worked for some of the greatest entertainers in the world, I know the difference between feeling like a hired gun and playing from a place of generosity and love. When I started On The Beat in 2010, I saw an opportunity to build bridges between guests and performers in the private event industry. The core component I saw missing in private event entertainment became the cornerstone of my company: to build a company with performers who genuinely love what they do and passionately enjoy sharing that love with others. To bring as much joy to guests at a party as we give one another when we play for fun. To amplify the emotional experience of each guest. To operate from a place of giving and thrive in each other’s company.
When everyone is present for the right reasons, there is no wall between the dance floor and the stage and no divide between the audience and the artists. We’re a community sharing sacred space. Bonded in gratitude. Filled with appreciation for the experience music affords us.

Over her eight years as a featured performer at luxury private events with On The Beat, Josefina has developed a keen sense for what makes a party personally special and a dance floor memorable. Originally from Buenos Aires Argentina, Josefina’s experience as a world class artist who also performs at private events have given her a unique perspective on how to deliver an experience that feels personally magical for each client, couple or family.
As a hand chosen singer touring with Christina Aguilera and with a career performing on major stages and festivals around the world, Josefina understands that artistic excellence and attention to detail, combined with deep client collaboration, transform a performance into a lifelong memory.
At On The Beat Josefina is the primary point of creative contact for couples and corporate clients. Josefina personally collaborates with you on all aspects of the vibe, from the pace of your night and performer wardrobe to songs played, special dances and emcee details.
